At our 100 plus acre facility we produce manufactured homes built to the Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards also known as the HUD Code. The HUD Code is a performance based code that is federally regulated. The HUD Code is preemptive, meaning that the Code supercedes all local and state codes and requirements. However states are the authority concerning the foundation and the set-up of the manufacturer home. The foundation must meet local and state codes and the state may require an inspection of the foundation and the set-up of the manufactured home. The different HUD Code homes we build are singlewides 14 x 48 through 16 x 80. We also build HUD Code sectional homes 28 x 44 through 32 x 80.
Our modular homes are built to state building codes such as the International Residential Code (IRC). The IRC is a prescriptive based code. We are currently approved to build modulars for the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and Missouri. We have achieved approval in other states for special projects. We build ranch homes from 1,067 square feet through 2,330 square feet. We can also build two story modular homes that are over 3,000 square feet.

Our commercial projects are built to the International Building Code or the Uniform Building Code. No matter what the project may entail, our veteran staff will work with you to make sure we understand exactly what type of structure you are looking for.
