Cabinet Construction Using high quality components and oak hardwood, our craftsmen build one of the most solid cabinets in the industry. Utilizing our 6,000 sq. ft. plus cabinet shop, we design and build our cabinets with durability, appearance and practicality in mind. Follow along below as we show you how we build "your" kitchen. |

Drawer Construction
As you can tell from the photos above, our drawers are solid and can stand up to years of use. We first drill pilot holes in the oak hardwood drawer front. We then mount the drawer front to the steel drawer sides which includes self adjusting rollers. A maple laminated MDF bottom completes the drawer. |

Door Construction
Using oak hardwood flat panel or raised panel doors and special equipment we install a hidden European style hinge. We first drill the door, clean the drilling, and press the hinge in. After we mount the door we end up with a cabinet door system that is second to none.

Cabinet Joinery
With special drills and fasteners we make joints that are as long lasting and durable as dovetail joints. All of our oak hardwood stiles are fastened with this system. |

Adjustable Overhead Shelving
Using special gauged drills we manufacture our overheads with adjustable shelves. As seen in the photo to the right, we build a very clean cabinet. Solid oak hardwood doors and stiles, laminated maple MDF and quality hardware ensures a trouble-free, durable, quality cabinet. |
